Responsibilities for Parts Sales Specialist:

The parts specialist’s functions and duties include but are not limited too: working with technicians, front counter customers and different vendors, answering phones, and locating, receiving, and returning parts as needed. Parts specialist may have other responsibilities and assigned tasks.

 

Qualifications:

• – Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive/truck industry
• – Minimum 3 years experience working with automotive/truck parts
• – Customer service experience
• – Retail/Sales experience
• – Ability to multi-task
• – Reliable
• – Good communication skills
• – Experience with CDK (ADP) or related auto data system
• – Must have a valid Driver’s License
• – Physical capability to move around the shop and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• – Must be at least 18 years of age
• – High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• – Must be available to work full-time, Monday – Friday from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
• – Must be able to pass drug & background screening

 

Salary & Benefits (Union Pay & Benefits):

Salary:
3 years experience – Journeyman experience rate of pay: $25.00 – $28.50 per hour
Bonus: Varies between $1,000.00 – $2,500.00 (dependent on gross sales)
